I have just visited Starbucks Blackburn at 16.45 Sunday 10th Sept 17 what awful service I did not stay or purchase coffee...on entering their was over 5 staff no customers at all at the counter only 2 females at the till looking at it 1 white female and 1 Asian female I did not see their names.... they were having a conversation about the £3.65 that was on the till some kind of mistake i take it....I and my female friend had no acknowledgement at all for over 4 mins i stood their being ignored not a hello or anything !!!! There was no one their at all ?? Only 10 people in the coffee shop so not busy....when finally acknowledged she did not even speak we had to ask if she was ready !!!! Really ?? Then we went to order and the Asian Lady serving don't know her name say we don't do that ??? After some confusion it appeared there was only plastic take away cups no glass ...china....mugs etc as and I quote we have not washed any and don't have China or glass cups only Grande Mug's left.... I asked why they dont clean some as I was not wanting a take away and to be frank it was not even busy so dont understand why they had no clean cups.... At this point I just gave up and said we would go elsewhere ...who ever was in charge today the duty manager or shift manager needs to sort out clean cups and organise staff better...maybe if they stop talking and clean you would not run out of ALL your cups !!!!! First and last time I will visit here again.... Terrible service .....I'm am very cross at our treatment as customers I expect a hello sorry to keep you ...Nothing at all this is why I'm giving you this terrible review so cross was I by this treatment that I wrote this review in my car ..... I was not happy at all.... Starbucks Customer Service well you won't get this at Starbucks Blackburn..... Well if you don't want our business or money that's fine I will take it elsewhere..... Shocking service from the start...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI visit my Elderly Father in Blackburn every day of the week and I also visit this particular Starbucks every day of the week to buy two drinks, one for my Father and one for myself. Today whilst sat waiting for my drinks to be prepared in the drive through I watched one of the serving members of staff cleaning the jugs that the cold drinks are made in. They were quickly swilled and rubbed around with his bare hands, leaving much of the previous contents still in the jug and now all over his hands. Then without drying his hands or even rinsing them he made my drink in this jug⦠he then grabbed my cup and lid and poured my Frappuccino with dirty water still dripping off his hands and over my lid and cup. After watching him not properly clean at least another three jugs like this, and then pouring the drinks without even as much as drying his hands, I pointed out to him that he scores zero for hygiene. I cleaned my lids and turned down an offer of fresh drinks because I didnāt have time to wait..Needless to say the drinks were binned. I shouldāve asked for a refund. Itās my last visit to this particular Starbucks⦠At least Iāll be Ā£80 better off each week from now on.. Basic food hygiene was none existent on this visit. How do I score atmosphere in the...

If you want to waste your money, go to this Starbucks. We decided to try this Starbucks again today just in case of a āfluke periodā but it was even worse than ever. Fruit flies were absolutely everywhere, coming off drinks and food that was being served. As somebody who works in the food industry, this is absolutely disgraceful not to mention completely unhygienic. Yet the flies were friendlier than the staff, the staff were unaccommodating and unhelpful when questioned about points on the app, and also untrained on which items were available by points which led me to wasting my own money on something that shouldāve been free (according to the app) (a lemon loaf- I had 400 points and it was 300 to redeem) not happy at all. And very disappointing considering all the money I spend on this company. Usually, we do leave it and move on, yet the amount of wasted...
