Seeing a greggs on a highstreet is always a welcome sight, but the sight of this particular greggs on the edge of an industrial estate was like a beacon of hope. I went to Greggs today and this was by the far the worst customer service I have ever had in my life. The manager named Angeline, was extremely rude. I Wasn’t greeted with a hello or anything, just a miserable face and a miserable interaction. She was very rude to one of my friends, and even tried to charge him extra money to eat in without even asking him.
