Ordered a sausage and omelette baguette for pickup. There were 3 sausages in which was ok but there was only a tiny bit of omelette in. Also no butter on. My wife ordered a bacon and omelette baguette and paid extra for sausage. No sausage and also just a small piece of omelette. Will not be ordering breakfast baguettes from here again.

After waiting outside for a staff member to finish her conversation with someone who was clearly a friend (without a mask!) I was invited in only for the person serving me to abandon this task and start a conversation with a colleague had just entered to start work leaving me for someone else to finish my order! .... Clearly working is interfering with the social lives of your staff! Poor customer service would be a...

Haven't been to greggs for years but started going again as I like their coffee. I can't really comment on the food as I can't eat at the moment, but it always looks fresh, and my husband loves their cheese and ham baguettes. Very reasonable with...
