Greggs — Restaurant in England

Sometimes hit and miss on some products such as sausage rolls, chicken and steak bakes are pretty consistent though. Sometimes is not well stocked with fast grab food like sandwiches and crisps.

Service is not as good as it used to be, sometimes a little slow when dealing with very few customers and the odd queuing system because of the sales island makes it a bit awkward as to who is actually next in line.

It's a typical Greggs in some ways but not an amazing one, easy (Free) parking and convenient location just off major routes A66 / A19 and easy access back on via Newport Tees Roundabout / Tees Newport Bridge. Other amenities nearby such as Lidl across the car park, Tesco around the corner and an Aldi not far away just down...

Never have anything ready. Always too busy chatting to eachother then to do the job. I have seen customers walk away because items are not ready. Poor customer service must be costing the business alot of profit each week. Its always the women the young lad who I have seen working there does...

I don't know what they're doing on the afternoons with the drinks but the last couple of times I've been here it seems like they've been using watered down milk. Last experience was nasty and don't think I'll be going to this particular Greggs anytime soon. If I could give a zero star...
