Sent a good family friend to get her daughters cake from Yasmin’s. the worst mistake of my life. As the cake ordered was nothing like the cake the they made and they ruined a 3 year old little princess Bday. Rung back straight away to be told that they will be closing soon so there is nothing they can do. The worst part is still to come. went to the store to be told the owner isn’t in so come back later on, bare in mind I took some time off work, went back after 1pm like I was told and she wasn’t in. The staff??? Never known nothing like it just horrible, lack of experience in customer service and they lie. after not getting anywhere they ring the owner that I was suppose to speak guess what she was even worse than the ones in there. Apparently you have to have a doctorate qualification in making a cake if you need to order a cake from Yasmin’s,, when I asked about the happy Bday letters not been written where it was requested to be written the owner said you need to use a common sense because it won’t fit there lol common sense. I asked should it not be the staff responsibility to tell me that at the time of the order and she said no. . Worst experience the staff won’t take responsibility for their own action and I was told it’s not their fault for making a cake that wasn’t ordered and had to pay some else to do some changes to the cake AVOID AVOID...
Read moreI am very upset and also is my wife who the cake was for. My wife is your regular customer. I ordered a cake online two days before and requested to collect it on 28/07/2021 @11:00am. I went to collect the cake at 12:10pm on the day. When i asked for my cake i ordered they went to check and couldnt find it then came back and said what was your order and i dont think we have made it. Then took at least 30min to find it and couldnt find it as they had not made it. They had two days to prepare the cake and did not make it. Then they said we will make it and take time and come back later to collect it. Do not go to yasmeen bakeries ever again. Never order a cake. So sad. Workers are so rude. Dont understand customers.
