The worse Indian restaurant. The guy who served us was very rude. It was on Tuesday evening we visited This place and was cold and wet that night. I requested for hot water or warm water to warm myself he said they don't have any such and recommend bottle water and said it's same as the water I requested 🙄. The food was horrible I ordered chicken tikka briyani and my other friends ordered lamb tikka biryani and we were starving. The food arrived fast but it was a disaster. I the worse briyani I tried in my life. No salt and the side curry was so sweet. The money were paid was not worth. The end I commented on the food the only thing he said 'well you know briyani is always different' with a smiling face, the worse customer service ever. I will never recommend this restaurant to anyone. I am from Wales and my friends told me around Bristol the Indian food are good. Looks like I was...
Read moreWe went for a meal last night (12th July) a party of 11 of us, it was our first time visiting the restaurant and we were very impressed. We didn’t realise when booking it had an upstairs, and we had our elderly grandparents with us, the staff with our hesitation helped them up the stairs and made sure they was safe, and opened every door for us.
It’s got very good menu options, a wide choice of meat and vegetarian/vegan. The staff was patient with us but equally prompt at the same time brining all the food at together. Everyone’s food was delicious, some of us even saying it was the best curry out we have had for many years.
The decor of the restaurant is lovely, modern and very clean.
As mentioned above the staff were honestly so lovely, and the customer service was fantastic. We certainly shall be back again.
Thank you...
Read moreThe finest restaurant in the south west by a mile. Wonderful service mouth watering food and always a great atmosphere. This restaurant is absolutely brand new in every way fully fitted out kitchen with all new equipment. All the tables and chairs are new and very stylish. I believe that Imperial Spice can sit 70 to 80 persons so there is always plenty of room and with a VIP area upstairs. The disabled toilets are downstairs and are brand new, and on one level. The menu is varied but the favourites are still there I can recommend the chicken Madras with mushroom rice try the tarka dhal you won’t be disappointed. This is a brilliant restaurant and is suitable for all ages bring your children they will beg to come back...
