Be aware of unclear pricing at this otherwise pleasant cafe. Signage states ice cream scoop for £2.30 when in reality it is £3.50 whether you buy it in a waffle cone or glass jar (and a small scoop at that). Apparently the glass jar costs the same as a waffle cone as it needs to be washed up! The ice cream scoop for £2.30 is in fact an additional scoop yet this is unclear, particularly to our group of school children who thought they were being sensible with their pocket money opting for a scoop instead of a cone. Customer service leaves a lot to be desired and the term jobsworth comes to mind! A little compassion towards a group of children would have gone a long way but instead their lack of compassion means no repeat...

Been twice now and had the same experience whilst visiting one of our favourite beaches they are located on. Ordered a tea and a coffee for my wife and I, handed the tea straight away but had to wait 25 minutes for the coffee therefore the tea was stone cold when I eventually took it back to where we were sat on the beach!
I mean, I like the fact that you get proper crockery to drink from but due to the above I won't be returning in a hurry, sorry!
Tip - if you do visit, order the same drink for everyone in your party so at least you will get served at the same time!
