K's Peri Peri & Pizza — Restaurant in England

Today 15/03/2023 I was very very disappointed, I called several times at 4.45pm to place an order and pick up food for 5.30pm, but no one answered, I understand that it's Ramadan so they may be busy , So with my granddaughter I went to their shop at 5.30pm... I placed my order at 5.35pm... was told by the lady it will be 20mins, after 30 mins I asked where my order was and was told 2mins, 10 mins later I asked again how come my order is taking so long as several people placed their orders after me in shop and they left ages ago, once again they apologised and raised his voice with the staff members, I still waited and in the End when I recived my order it was wrong,

I can't explain how upset I was, especially as I had fasted all day, May I add that there were over 10 staff members serving.. My total wait time was 40/45mins... Iv promised myself I will never buy or will let any of my family buy from them again.... Very very poor...

This take away place is quite near where I work which is quite sparse in terms of food places. This is a run of the mill take away which specialises in fried chicken, pizza and also offers Peri Peri chicken. The Peri Peri Chicken seems to be an afterthought which is funny given that it's literally in the name.

I usually order a Peri Peri chicken wrap which comes with onion, cucumber, tomatoes, lettuce and mayonnaise. It's of reasonable quality but nothing to shout about. I haven't tried the pizza but there was occasion where the staff mistook my order for a Peri Peri wrap and gave me a fried chicken wrap. When I complained the staff member was a bit rude to me and rather than insist I ended up eating it... It was fine, but it's put me off from going back.

There is minimal ventilation in the shop which means you come out smelling a bit oily which probably needs to be looked at and the decor desperately needs a...

I am very disappointed with the service I received today. When I called, the receptionist was extremely unprofessional and rude. She was not even aware of the menu and did not inform me about the available options. I later checked the website myself and found out that you also serve beef burgers, but she never mentioned that to me.

When I called back to change my order from chicken to beef, I was told that the burger was already ready. That is not possible within one minute, which clearly shows that I was lied to. If the burger was truly ready, it should have been delivered quickly, especially since your shop is only two minutes away from my house. Instead, I had to wait 20 minutes.

This kind of dishonesty and unprofessional behaviour is unacceptable. I am very unhappy and upset with the service I received...
