Understandably the place most talked about in Swindon Schools by their pupils. Bowing down to this influential pressure I took my daughter to experience this specialist dessert heaven. Whilst Mum had the freedom of shopping without dragging us around. I think we both bennefited from the arrangement. Reasonably priced. Great selection of icecreams and a choice of desserts that will satisfy the sweetest of sweet tooth's. Trendy decor of Pink and Black, booths for groups and families. And doors wide enough to allow you to walk out easily after your fill. A definate place to experience. Give it ago the kids will not be disappointed.

I recently visited Kaspa's and ordered the White Choco Indulgence dessert. According to the menu, all waffles are served with a choice of soft serve, whipped cream, custard, or pouring cream. When I asked if I could get a combination of soft serve, whipped cream, and pouring cream, I was told that I could only choose one. This was confusing and disappointing since the menu implies that multiple options are available. I've visited other Kaspa's locations in London and received all the options without any issue. While the staff were friendly, they denied my request, which left me dissatisfied. I requested if I could at least get chocolate ice cream instead of soft serve, and thankfully, they accommodated that. Additionally, the waffle itself was a letdown. Although the waffle base was freshly made, the white chocolate flakes and sauce were too thick and solid, making them difficult to stick to the strawberries or the waffle. They came off in chunks, which was not enjoyable. The strawberries, however, were fresh and added a nice touch. Overall, this experience did not meet my expectations based on previous visits to other Kaspa's locations. I hope the management can address these issues to ensure a more consistent and satisfying experience for customers.

Came here in the weekday for the summer holidays. As it was quiet the food came out very quick and professional. Even if they have a hygiene rating of 3/5. 2x kids waffle sandwich with different toppings. A Belgian crepe, 2 hot drinks and some cakes. Everything was nice except the following. The carrot cake was slightly dry and personally not enough carrot to be called carrot cake. The mocha had an artificial taste which is probably down to the chocolate. Personally don't like the cookies and cream ice-cream as it tastes like soap but I think it is American style. And the bubblegum sauce isn't like from the ice-cream van. It's very artificial tasting. The customer service was ok. And polite. Not a horrible experience. But for the price would or liked it nicer

Had a delivery 2 x brownie waffles took nearly an hour to arrive. When delivered not very warm, one of the waffles was fine my one as shown in the photos, no brownie pieces, waffle was soggy , chocolate sauce just looked as though it was thrown on. Tried to call but t the line just disconnects 1.10.24 Update . Still no contact from Kaspa's after contacting the branch and emailing the main office . 21.10.24 Update . Still no contact with regards to my complaint . Use the form they say, used it still no feedback, I have completed the form 3 times now . 🤬🤬🤬 29.10.24 Update - Still no response from Kaspas . I think it is absolutely disgusting 🤬

Will sum up my thoughts, observations and opinions. - Staff don't seem interested in service. This is evident in all of the staff with their backs turned away from the til area so when we ordered we had to call for their attention. - We ordered 2 crepes which the staff confirmed twice though we instead received 2 waffles. In fairness the waitress was kind in offering to take it away and make fresh crepes (we declined as the waffles would just go to the bin) The bubble tea is less than half of the size you order as they fill the rest with ice. - price is terribly priced for what you get. Overpriced in all regards.

Couldn't have possibly been more disappointed. Only delivered half our order and refunded the rest after us waiting 45 mins for it to show up and not refunding the cost for extended delivery which was already extortionate. The food that did arrive tasted like it had been sat out for ages before being collected and honestly wouldn't have been worth a third of its cost. If I could give no stars I would. Ill certainly never give a penny to this restaurant again
