KFC Blackburn - Haslingden Road — Restaurant in England

Went in on 10th july 3pm which a Sunday with the sun shining only to be greeted by a young white male man with a cap on behind the till who looked so intoxicated he struggled to speak with his speech slured and eye blood shot red which he was also struggling to keep open he As he was serving the customer before myself he handed out to food in a tray only for the customer to return 2mins later as he had forgotten half my order. Upon arrival I was told very rudely that my food was delayed due to the cheese bites 30 mins later I finally got my food after enquiring why it had taken so long the young intoxicated man replied very rudely, aggressive and in a threatening behaviour to which when I asked to speak to the boss I was told apparently he was the boss to which I was taken back by as he looked like an intoxicated worker to me after pointing this out to this rude aggressive worker I was then insulted with a racial slur which as u can assume was absolutely disgusted by and walked out I will be rasing an official complaint and will be expecting to be investigated and relevant action taken sickened and disgusted by the whole experience to...

Ordered from the KFC website and the delivery driver turned up and took the delivery code before getting the food out the Uber Eats bag. It was the wrong order (£55 worth compared to the £16 actually ordered, with completely different order numbers) and he said he would go back and sort it.

Nothing for half an hour, so contacted Uber Eats. They said that the driver had gone back and would return with the right order. Another half hour passed, called KFC Haslingden Road. They said that the driver had attempted to deliver the second time but couldn't find the address. Not sure how that works given that the address was found fine the first time...

Called KFC back, they refused to replace it because the second driver "couldn't find the address" so it was marked undelivered. UberEats also refused to help because the first driver marked it as delivered, even though it was the wrong order entirely. So we still got charged, but didn't get any food at all in the end.

This was a great restaurant to eat in at, where the staff were very friendly at the counter by speaking to me instantly even though I ordered on the app! Condiments are available there and the drinks machine features a display for the special Watermelon Lime Refresher, the one I had in my Fillet Tower Box meal. The meal was highly satisfying after a decent service time and the table seating is comfortable, positioned appropriately by the window to give good views. Overhead lights are styled beautifully and hygiene was maintained, but the chips portion was quite small and the cheese was misplaced in my Fillet Tower Burger. I went here a second time and the service was phenomenal; the staff explained WiFi problems when I used the app and also asked about unavailable items so they could be swapped. Me and my friend loved the original recipe chicken bucket meal that had much better chip portions and for my patience with problems, the staff got us to fill in a survey which won us a free...
