Not sure where to start - I think disappointed & frustrated would sum up all my experiences.
This is the nearest kfc, so we use it occasionally, if food quality & service was better, we would definitely use it more often.
- we ordered a portion of 8 hot wings with a bucket through drive thru, got home, only 2 hot wings in the little paper bags... why 2?? We rang & took longer than 30 mins to get through to speak with a manager, no apology, and told us to go back to get the wings, we said no point, was offered to have it next time, but not giving us any name, code or anything to ask for the wings next time!!!!!!!!!
** ordered a bucket meal with a pot of gravy & baked beans, burger meal... through drive thru, got home, noticed gravy was all over car carpet & food, of course!!!! We had to bring a trap from home to get food in & cleaned up afterwards!!!!! Rang to complaint but no answer after many attempts!!!!
*** ordered a 10 pieces bucket meal, got 1 piece of breast & 9 pieces of drumsticks!!!!! The pot of gravy tasted burnt, tasted horrible!!!!
**** ordered a bucket meal, chicken pieces, chips were all oily & not hot, and extremely salty!!!
***** never give out paper cups, plates & wipes. Good job we eat at home most times, otherwise not sure what to do with a big bottle of pop & greasy fingers???
****** I could carry on for another 10 more examples but I think it’s quite clear that we have never had a decent meal there... hence only have food there twice or three times a year!!
******* we contacted kfc headquarters, was giving kfc money for compensation but we explained that we wanted better food & services than competition!!! We filled in surveys every time, but never had a response.
