Hello, since Dubai Shawarma appeared in Narborough, our whole family has been going there once a week. The meat is super fresh, it's really amazing. However, we noticed that the owner has changed, but that's okay. We continued going. Today, on our way back from the park with my son, we stopped by to eat something. We saw new people again, but that's okay. I asked the man for chicken shawerma and fries, and the salad was great, but when the man handed me the plate, I felt something stink. The meat was bad, my son and husband ate it, and I couldn't put it in my mouth. I politely asked the man to come to the table and told him I didn't want to embarrass him, but he should smell the meat. He didn't say anything, but he started swearing that the meat was fresh. We paid like normal people without any problems. However, we arrived home at around 7 p.m. and now it's 9 p.m. and 16 p.m. My son says he has a stomach ache and he got I had diarrhea. I used to only eat breakfast at home and everything was fresh. Now my husband has a problem. I just want to say that when you get a chicken shawerma, smell it to see if it stinks. I'm disappointed because it was the best shawerma...

My partner and I eat here regularly, and I have brought many of my friends and family who want to have the authentic Leicester experience to eat here. It is such a reliably amazing place to eat. The prices are very good for the fantastic quality, which has made their shop a pillar of the local community.
The flatbreads used for the shawarma are prepared and cooked in the tandoori oven right in front of you as you wait, and they taste lovely. The meat is all fantastic and well seasoned, but one of the things that impressed me was that the vegetarian options were just as satisfying- particularly the falafel wrap. They have a wide selection of lovingly prepared salads, pickled vegetables, sauces, and toppings to customize your order.
The service is always prompt, the staff are welcoming and hardworking, ensuring a clean and tidy environment.

From the moment I entered, the staff’s attitude was dismissive and unwelcoming—more akin to a place offering charity than a business that expects paying customers. Basic courtesy and customer service seem entirely absent, which is both surprising and unacceptable in the hospitality industry.
Frankly, the overall experience was extremely disappointing. Given the multitude of other shawarma outlets along Narborough Road that manage to provide not only good food but also respectful service, I see no reason to return here or recommend this place to anyone.
