The worst KFC ever!!!!

Just tried to order on the drive-through, we wated 5 solid minutes, and no one took the order. We went to the window and again another 2 minutes before someone noticed. My partner then told them no one answered and if they could take the order. They lil lad said no and that we had to go around because there was another car behind us about to order. At least he saw it!!! Yay, well done!

We drive around for him to say god knows what because in between his accent, his mumbles, and the bad intercom, we were not able to understand. All we could understand was that they did not have chicken fillets.

This is after ordering 3 weeks ago from Uber eats and let me tell you when I sent uber eats the pictures of what was missing and the sate of the gravy (just as the lady below) they refunded me over half the price. So, it is safe to assume they do not care about their reviews, customers, or better their service.

I didn't want to be bitter and thought to give them the benefit of the doubt but you Sr, making drive around when you could have takwn our oder and knew full well there wasn't many items available is the opposite of good customer service.

Went last night for something quick to eat on our way to Warrington Hospital, my quick bite had me waiting 40 minutes. I ordered 2 boneless banquet, 1 dirty louisiana meal, and one trilogy box meal. Whilst waiting, a customer goes to the counter and says his food is cold, a staff member replied that the bun grill is broken, the customer said you are telling me I need to eat my food cold, the staff member replied yes, I'm not an engineer. I was in shock with that poor customer service.

When I finally get my order, I went straight out with it because I was in a rush, the kids went through the bag and half my order was missing. We got 1 dirty louisiana box and half of a boneless banquet. I was told they had given me 2 extra fries for the inconvenience, no they topped my food up with 8 fries. I rang because I couldn't go back over my order, 7 times last night and 20 times today and still got nowhere!

The restaurant was filthy, bins over flowing, rubbish on all the tables and when I went into the toilet, it was that slippy, I slipped and fell over.

If I could give no stars I would. Only us at the drive through. Took ages before anyone said hello. Finally ordered and asked them to swap something on the menu. The lad said he’d ask. He came back and said it was fine. Got to the window checked the ordered and loads was missing. I explained that half the order was missing and we’d ask to swap and item. The girl was so rude to us and said it wasn’t on the receipt. I explained we had asked via the speaker and they had ok’d it. She had the worst attitude, rude and snotty and said well it’s my shift I’m the manager and I’ve said no. I said fine, just give me the food I ordered or a refund. As I by this point I didn’t even want the food. She said we had been rude to her. Is she joking. She was vile. She said we’d have to ring customer service for our refund and she closed the door. Absolutely the most disgusting customer service ever. Her name is KATIE and she should be sacked. I don’t know why kfc employee the most rude and stupid staff. This needs to be looked into. I will definitely not being going back to this kfc. And will be making...
