Tropicana Cafe — Restaurant in England

First time trying Tropicana Cafe , within the Box .

The interior was confusing , as it was many stores and random thing . Great concept , bad execution . The food was awful . The burger was slimy / soft and the texture was terrible . I know that the quality of the meat was poor by taste and lack of chew . The chips were also chewy , not crunchy and also way over cooked . Hot dog was a hot dog .. can’t moan really but supposed to be “jumbo” and it was very small . We left unsatisfied and ate elsewhere .

The service was good , the woman was polite and nice . But despite the cafe being empty there were many unoccupied plates that should have been removed and cleanliness was not up to scratch . We had also waited for quite a while , despite it being empty and a rather simple order .
