KFC — Restaurant in England

Half the tables were cordoned off and stacked with a bin in the middle, possible roof leak? Tables that were left were covered in food, (as we left a member of staff did start clearing up but there were plenty of staff doing nothing prior to that and didn't seem bothered). This place used to be our go to because we live less than a mile away but this is the 3rd strike. Large popcorn was filled to approximately an inch and a half down the boxes, large fries was the equivalent of a small fries in McDonald's, barely reached the top of the paper bag and when tipped out looked a pitiful amount. Hot wings again used to be a favourite of mine but these were soo greasy they were difficult to hold. 2 of the 3 were 95% bone with barely enough meat to pick off, they never were big but the quality control has gone out of the window. The third looked 3 times the size but a third of it was clumped coating full of grease with a normal amount of chicken in the middle. Had the chicken popcorn and chips been the portion size I paid for they would have been ok in fairness. On our previous visit to the Wisbech branch we had the mini fillets which were soo salty they went straight in the bin, (I complained but the manager simply shrugged and said that's how they are), and my parents had the same experience of salty coating on them in March, (town), 5 days ago so we simply don't risk the hassle of ordering them now, sad because we loved them. Price For Food: ⭐️⭐️⭐️ Overall the price of the food/drinks at KFC is swaying towards the more pricey side of things. In my opinion for fast food it’s defiantly one of the more expensive ones.

Speed of Service: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ On this particular day the speed of service was extremely fast which I expect nothing less from a fast food chain. Customer service was generally good and polite.

Food Quality: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Overall quality of my food was extremely good! All the products I purchased were top quality and extremely flavourful.

Restaraunt Cleanliness: ⭐️⭐️ The overall cleanliness of the store was okay. Howeve the business did not seem COVID secure due to a lack of staff wearing masks or wearing them correctly.
