Do not go here. The most ridiculous dodgy owner. Staff were told not to serve anyone with allergies because I asked for oat milk in my coffee. They wouldn't give us our entire meal. I told them this is a preference and a non confirmed intolerance not an allergy and said I just wouldn't have the coffee but we were out right told we wouldn't be served as they couldn't avoid cross contamination of the food. This seems like a massive red flag for cleanliness of their kitchen. Everyone else was enjoying their meal but we were singled out and turned away. No where in the cafe does it say we cannot serve customers with allergies. I am a breast feeding mother who needed some sustinence and we were made to feel so unwanted. Disgusting non inclusive place.

Went here to grab a bite to eat, the decor is modern and a lot of attention to detail has been put into the design, the menu is easy to find something for everybody and very fairly priced. The staff were very helpful, polite and professional. I chose the chicken strip meal and was pleasantly surprised by the size of the meal along with the quality of the meal, everything was cooked well and to a high standard. After my meal I fancied something sweet so I went for an ice cream tub with 3 scoops. They offer a nice selection of premium ice cream also at a fair price with great quality. Very happy to eat here again while visiting Perfect Aquatics

We was visiting the Fishery and Pet Shop and saw this had been built so fancied having a look. What a great little place! The staff were super friendly and the gentleman who I assume was the manager was fantastic, so welcoming, efficient and genuinely interested in feedback of the experience! I really hope this place does well as we will certainly stop in anytime we visit! Well worth it just for the food and coffee let alone visiting the other places on site! :)

Giving them a four star for the cafe itself, good coffee and nice menu. However we went there today and ordered a mini breakfast, a breakfast wrap and a veggie breakfast and that was at 10.am. we waited over 52 minutes for this despite the contents of the breakfasts being very similar and you would think would be on the go on the grill and quick to cook. I don't mind waiting I don't even mind if they forgot us and until 45 mins had gone we asked and they said yes will with you soon. What I do mind however is waiting all that time and not a single 'sorry for the delay/wait'. Or a 'look we forgot the order but will get that on now apologies' or at the point of ordering saying 'hey we just had a huge order go in you may have a 40 min + wait is that ok?. ANY of those things but not once. No apologies no explanation. I'm sure 52 minutes is quite a while even in a busy place. Even when we asked hey is the order ok at the 45 min stage, nothing other than 'its coming'. I like this cafe and the coffee is lovely and shakes. I think it's a lovely location but guys please when someone has paid over 30quid for a breakfast for three PLEASE at least have a sorry for the wait or it will be with you soon apologies ready for...

We visted at the weekend and were left feeling disappointed. We ordered Eggs Benedict, Beans on Toast, an extra portion of toast and 2 Hot Chocolates. The drinks arrived quicky. We waited about 30 minutes for our food. The Cafe was not exceptionally busy. On 2 occasions we had food brought over to us that was for someone else. You do get given an order number and this is written on a small china plate, that lays flat on the table. So staff can't see it. When our food did come the Eggs Benedict was toast, bacon, an egg that may have been poached, but I suspect a microwave was involved and honey. I asked where my Hollandaise sauce was, to be told the chef could make me some!! It should have been put on in the first place!! I was also expecting an English Muffin, not toast. There was nothing wrong with the food, I just didn't get what was ordered. I understand that this is a new business, but most of the staff seem lost, wandering round, unsure what to do. Sadly, we won't...

Popped in for a bit of lunch while buying fish. I ordered a halloumi salad which was described as having a balsamic dressing. Food arrived, the halloumi was great but the "salad" was iceberg lettuce, cucumber and onion, with no tomato and no dressing at all. I made the staff aware and they then offered a bowl of balsamic vinegar to pour over. I pointed out that just pouring vinegar over a salad would not be too nice so they came back with another bowl of balsamic and some kind of oil, along with some chopped up sliced tomatoes.

If your offering salad as a meal option I feel there should be a variety of salad leaves, along with the standard cucumber and tomatoes as a bare minimum, preferably with some added salad type items like avocado, beetroot or carrot. Ive had something like this in my local garden centre so I know its possible.

The staff were lovely and tried to help but the food didn't match the menu...
