We had a wonderful visit when it opened at 10am. We ordered x2 cream teas and the scones were lovely and freshly baked with cream and a choice of strawberry or plum jam. We both had strawberry but I wish I had tried the plum after seeing other reviews. The outside seating area is plentiful and cosy, the staff were all very friendly and welcoming. What more could you want. They have a great selection of other things (see my photos for the upto date menu. Inside there are toilet facilities and some products you can purchase. Check out the teapot collections it’s great to see. They accept cash and contactless payment too. We were able to park just outside on the road as there are probably 5 spaces for cars. There is maybe 1-2 spaces for cars on the premises but we were early and I don’t know if these are just for staff so please ask before parking inside. Just at their entrance they also have a small hut where they sell fresh free range eggs at a really great price. I would recommend Linden Hey Garden Tea Room to anyone looking for a good quality cream tea, a good slice of cake or an easy going lunch.

Really lovely tea rooms. Really friendly owners who care about your enjoyment of their offerings. Delicious cakes, some quite unusual ones (e.g. walnut, prune & butterscotch), and lovely well-filled sandwiches on really soft fresh bread. Tea is served in proper tea cups and saucers, from a collection of quirky tea pots, and extra hot water is provided as standard. There's not much car parking, but there are several spaces at the side of the road outside. There's seating indoors in what's effectively the kitchen with an extension, plus covered and open seating in the garden outside. Excellent, we'll be back!

What a great find! If you want a traditional Cornish Cream Tea, this is the place to come! We returned here following a visit last year and have been astounded once again. The setting is wonderful, with a beautiful garden. The homemade food is excellent and scones with Key Plumb Jam are a particular highlight. On this visit, we tried the lunch menu which was equally delicious. The business is family run and the staff are extremely welcoming. The whole experience is exceptional.

If you want a real treat in an idealic location and to be made to feel special, this is the place to go. You will be given the warmest of welcomes. Nina and her team are warm genuine people who take great pride in all they do. The food is all fresh , full of flavour and fairly priced. The cafe is tastefully decorated and furnished.Always spotless and your food is served on pretty retro China. There is also seating in the gorgeous garden which hosts plentiful birdlife and a couple of playful squirrel. It's a very relaxing place to be. I would highly...
