McDonald's — Restaurant in England

Extremely disappointed Used to be good here however the last two deliveries have been shocking, cold food and missing items, tonight was the worst though as figured last time was a one off but this time was even worse, I'm afraid that the 6 drinking straws you provided for our 3 drinks does not compensate for the missing burger and 2 apple pies 😔 then when you call to get through the lines are busy and all they say when they do answer is you can drive here yourself and get the missing items or get a voucher next time you are in 😔 absolutely shocking customer service as have just spent over £38 and paid £3.99 for the delivery just to be told to come get it myself 🤷🏻‍♀️ the girl on the phone was extremely rude and verbally aggressive, very unprofessional and had no idea how to speak to customers , clearly needs customer service training as she even hung up on me 😡 the manger on me calling back however was very polite and helpful but the answer was sadly still the same, nothing we can do unless you come and get it yourself. This is one of the worst companies I have dealt with. Not only did they deliver terrible service in not delivering the order within an hour and a half, they continued to take payment after the order was cancelled. Since then they have refused to issue a refund and I have been passed between McDonalds and their partner agency Uber eats. Both services are shirking their responsibilities to the customer blaming each others services for the position I am in at the hands of McDonald’s. Neither have offered to resolve my issue and McDonald’s initially ignored my complaint all together ‘thanking’ me for me feedback’ not even commenting to the fact they took my money without delivering the goods or the fact they failed to refund me. When I have received previous orders they have always been cold and barely warm! I've been here maybe 5 times and today was the 2nd time they had got my order wrong. The first time was great and they replaced my entire meal, the person I spoke to was nice and helpful.

Today however they got my order wrong, refused to replace the meal even though I had to return to the store for the corrections. The food that they had gotten right had turned cold by the time I arrived back home.

The woman looked like the manager and she was very very blunt and rude. I was clearly not any kind of priority to her. That first review was from 2 years ago. I thought I would go back today and see if things had improved. Things have most certainly not gotten any better.

I don't understand how they get our orders catastrophically wrong. We left the store missing a big mac, all of our dips, and an extra small Fries to bump up our kids happy meal.
