McDonald's — Restaurant in England

Well it’s the 16th of October today. I’ve been waiting for this for awhile. The McRib is finally come and I went and bought two ribs and the first thing I noticed was the nasty smell in my car, thought well maybe it’s just a bit odd, got home and took the McRib out and opened the pack to find the bun was completely soggy from the over the top amount of sauce and the smell was really putting me off, but hey it’s the McRib it’ll be ok, bit into it and decided instantly this is not right, what’s that horrible taste and smell, best way I can describe it it burnt sick on a soggy bum, not pleasant to say the least, any way I can’t finish this it’s awful and disgusting, so make the decision to take them back got to the store and took th in and told the woman these McRib it’s not right, woman was insistent they hav not changed, but I can tell you they have changed, I said I can’t eat these it have to return them as the smell and taste is disgustingly poor and the smell is making me feel sick, so got a refund and expressed my disappointment. Terrible burger and not particularly nice staff, burger rating very poor definitely not the same as they used to be, if that’s how it’s gonna be may as well scrap the McRib, the...

Smashing place what a joy to be here. I feel honoured by the most palatable options on the menu.

Everything was as it should be toilets where in great condition and quite welcoming and hygiene was up to standards.

Waitresses where great and very polite, there was no attitude at all and service was speedy and productive.

The internal temp of the building was at a comfortable level at all times of the year and very nice in the winter as there was a blower warming me in the entryway soluble doors not letting the cold or heat in. Air conditioning was also very cold.

The drive through was outstanding with the two lane system allowing for more orders to be done at one time, much better than the one lane ones also plenty of space to park up outside.

Condiments and sauces packed with flavour drinks where also wonderful being served cold and the taste being refreshing

This McDonald’s in particular is the one to go to if you want McDonald’s because it will win your heart if you want quick easy meals.

Pricing being very reasonable with a family of four your looking at only spending £17 for basic meals for the entire family.

Food was the usual McDonald's fare and things seemed reasonably clean. They had sold out of something we ordered and gave us a free upgrade on that item as a replacement, which was good. However I had 2 concerns when we visited:

1. I went to the disabled toilet to use the baby changing facilities and it was opened from the outside while we were inside, even though I locked it. On closer inspection, the lock seemed been poorly fitted and therefore faulty.
2. I asked if they could heat some milk for my son and they said they could not. Most places are usually pretty accommodating with this sort of thing, and I consider McDonald's quite child friendly, but this was not very helpful. It could be that they didn't have the facilities to heat it, but they didn't say this, so I imagine it might be a...
