Brampton Valley Way has long been the favourite destination for walkers and cyclists alike. The jewel in its crown is Millers Yard Café. Whether you are a local or an out of town visitor, you can always enjoy a warm welcome here. It's in a lovely setting, and it is the perfect place to rest your feet and grab yourself a drink and a bite to eat. It's worth a visit. If I really had to find something to improve, then maybe a bike rack or designated bike parking area would be useful.

We visited miller yard cafe today. What can I say, such incredible service. We didn’t have to wait long for our food, staff kept visiting table saying food wouldn’t be long but there really wasn’t any wait before it arrived. Food tasted sooooooooo good and the staff couldn’t do enough for us, even gave my daughter a lollipop. Also get to watch the steam engine go by! We will definitely be visiting again, thankyou so much!

I like to get coffee here while on my cycling trips along the Brampton Valley Way. The coffee is very good, and the owner always makes the coffee exactly as I want it, even when my descriptions would not be out of place in the clues of a cryptic crossword. The decoration inside is eclectic. At time of writing there are restrictions on sitting inside due to corona virus considerations.

Fantastic cafe, lovely setting. Delicious cakes. Breakfasts. Friendly staff and dog friendly. We'll definitely be back. Although I would say that for a dog friendly cafe, I am very concerned about bringing our dog there again. A resident German Shepherd who roams freely outside the cafe went for our little dog. It was aggressive, and our dog was on a lead, well-behaved, and nowhere near the German Shepherd. It was totally unprovoked. Luckily, people were around to call the German Shepherd off (what if they weren't around). To clarify, our dog was unharmed, but it has made us very worried about taking our dog there again, which...

Visited for the 1st time on a Saturday afternoon in January. The drive in to the location was a pot holed track so care to be taken if driving to the cafe. The cafe looked fairly busy (too cold to sit outside) but there were a couple of tables free. The service was a little slow and took about 30 minutes for a sausage bap to arrive but it was OK when it came. The big problem was the smoke inside the cafe from the cooking and by the time i left the venue my clothes had a bad smelt of cooking fat (straight home, change and bung my clothes in the washing machine) and eyes...

I've only just discovered this place. In a world full of faceless, franchised stores, this is so refreshing. The staff can't be nicer, the customer service is just awesome. Dogs are very welcome and there's a dog wall of fame (they'll take a pic of your dog and post it on the wall) and even....wait for it.....a free sausage for your dog! The tea is awesome! I highly recommend this cafe, definitely worth popping in if you're passing. Perfect location to call in if you're walking along the...
