Milly May's Coffee Shop — Restaurant in England

I have known of Milly May's for some time but only in the last few weeks have I ever been there. Well, I wasn't disappointed!. A fabulous warm welcome from the staff, who are all lovely, vibrant, caring and friendly. I ordered a hot drink and a bacon sandwich and they got brought to my table within a very short time. I have to say, it was one of the nicest bacon sandwiches I have had. The bacon cooked perfectly and the bread, so soft and fresh. The Latte was lovely hot and tasty, so much I ordered another. Nice little place for tea, coffee and cake, I have met up with my friends here a few times and we can spend ages in their eating and catching up. There are sofas, seats and a place outdoor the front to sit in the summer.

I gave it a 4 star because the one time we had a breakfast meal the tomatoes were cooked and were not strained meaning that the person I was with got 2 degree burns on his hand when all the tomato juices fell out and we ended up having a trip to the hospital since then we haven't gone back - but prior to this it was always a pleasant outing and the range of cakes were...

Absolute shambles of a place you turn up you get told you will be waiting a while as you you haven't made an order making you feel like my custom isn't good enough the staff are uninterested in their job and when you do make an order half an hour in advance they tell you they can't do it then put the phone down on you if I owned this place I would sack the old girl as she makes you feel as if you are putting her out just coming through the door will never ever go into milly mays we can't do your order as we are making two breakfasts at the moment so...
