Open fires in each of the rooms, lovely welcoming staff and plenty of seating outside to catch the sun and enjoy the views over the valley towards the sea. Think there’s roast available on a Sunday. Small car park to the side, but it’s a lovely stomp from Ashton Court or up the hill from the centre of Long Ashton. Go if you’re looking for a quiet traditional pub to hang out with friends. Perfect place to stop if you’re out biking too.

Great atmosphere, and a true local feel, if youndont know anyone when you get there, you will by the time you leave! Cash only, so don't forget to stop by the ATM on the way! Muscle your way in with a decent playlist on a Friday night and you can take control of...

Great little country pub 10 min from Bristol. I use it when I need a break from the City. Always friendly, staff and locals alike. Sit out front on a sunny day with a vast panorama of North Somerset and you will forget any worries you arrived with....
