Naj Indian Cuisine & Takeaway — Restaurant in England

Ordered a takeaway, never used before but it was recommended.. This was the worst Indian food iv ever ordered , the lemon rice had a disgusting aftertaste it ruined all the food, my husband tried it and had to spit it out , the currys were swimming in oil, I had to drain it off ! When I phoned them to make them aware all I got was a blunt 'sorry about that' nothing more or no offer of alternative.. terrible customer service! I ordered the first Indian delivery meal in over 3 years today from this restaurant and was disappointed to say the least. The dishes were watery and very oily. The Chicken in my madras was over cooked and tasteless ,the sauce was watery with a covering of oil. The Tarka Dhal was more like a soup consistency without the crispy fried onion topping associated with this dish. I know ordering on a Saturday night is the the busiest period but the food was badly cooked and I would avoid this restaurant My ratting...

I have used this place loads, normal spend £40-£50 and always have been good, yesterday we ordered from here we got 2 prawn kormas for vegetarians - we got chicken kormas, we also ordered a prawn jalfraze and it had nothing but onions and hole chillies in and about 3 prawns (not king prawns) it happens and was just telling them but we rang them up today (we got it at 10pm last night) and the person on the phone was nothing but rude and then hung up. Absolutely disgusted...
