Ozutz Takeaway — Restaurant in England

I order from here regularly and never once had a problem. The young lad who works at the counter is always polite and his customer service from what I have witnessed is impeccable hence why I continue to give them my business. In relation to the recent negative comment, I could be wrong but i ordered a takeaway on Friday evening and believe I witnessed this incident… me and other customers in the shop at the time were very shocked to see how the customer was being hostile and quite frankly very rude. He was complaining that he was told 10 minutes and was politely told his food wouldn’t be ready for another 10 and then all off a suddenly he became very hostile! I don’t know the Ozutz team personally but come on!! Please have some patience...

I wish I could I give ZERO but unfortunately I can't. I ordered from this place last night and wanted to save it until tonight. I opened it to find that it's already ROTTING!!! I called them up to find out what was going on but then they had the audacity to blame me for it moulding and put the phone down on me. I will be reporting this to EHO as under no circumstances should food go off after less than 24 hours! They are rude and disrespectful and to be blaming me for moudly food...

Cannot fault the food, however the young man serving at the counter was extremely rude and disrespectful when waiting for the food. Was given a wait time of 15 minutes, went in to check and was told 10 more minutes, waited in the car, came back to be told 15/20 minutes, with this I shock my head.To then be questioned why am I shaking my head, and to be told how busy they are and threatening to cancel my order... little man syndrome, needs to learn some...
