Pantry Express — Restaurant in England

Have bought Sunday lunches from here in the past and was disappointed, but thought I would afford them the benefit of doubt. On arrival to the shop it was extremely busy with staff milling about furiously behind the counter due to an abundance of orders to tend to. I now realise that they had taken on too many orders as the food they served me was awful and thrown together. The Yorkshire puddings were so burnt they were inedible. They hadn't drained the vegetables and so the dinner was floating in water. Had ordered pork but they didnt give me any stuffing. Extremely disappointed with the dinner and I will never buy...

Been this morn at 1130 for 2 breakfast buns and corned beef pie, and separate chips and gravy. Waited over 30 mins. while they were frantic getting orders ready. So busy and not enough staff orders where wrong when we got home. Rang them he sayin he only wrote down what we asked for. Won't be calling again. He did say bring them back and I'll do again but not going back when jus got home and not waiting further time. Prices are sooooo high aswell. Sausages were rubbery and gristley, egg was cold. This place is amazing for their food. They use the freshest of ingredient's and its always cooked just right.... This is my go to place and it makes a lovely change to pay for something and be able to eat it ... I can guarantee you will not be dissappointed... If there going to be late with deliveries they inform you... Keep you updated all the way.. Keep up the good work guys 10/10
