Ordered online. Food was being “inspected” for nearly 40mins. When it arrived. There was a hair in me tots. And there were 12 slices of pepperoni on my pepperoni deluxe. I called and was met with a person stereotyping me and said “I’ve hear your voice and from my records you’ve done this loads of time before”. I have not ordered from this papa johns before - I was visiting a friend in their local area…. So I was accused of lying, fraud, and theft. They were short and rude to me. I was told to “believe them. When I was told a driver would pick up my food and then I’d be given a refund”. As there was a lack of trust I had to drive to the store to return my (delivered cold) food. On arrival another customer was already complaining about food order being wrong! I was met with a person over talking me, vailed accusations of I’ve done this before and that I had to trust them about the refund. I also asked for my private information of all the many orders I’d made and complained about. Which they could not provide. I was also told it’s not a franchise when above the door it has the franchises details! This serve was shocking. Food in store was left waiting for a long time. Staff not in uniform and no hair nets, or any care to food hygiene (in my opinion) was taken.

After waiting 1.5 hours from initial order, phoned the branch to find out delivery driver had decided they do not deliver to my postcode so order had never even started. Come late opposite to the website updates. This branch had been assigned through the papa johns website. Branch happy to take the money and we now have to request a refund, it’s not even automatic.
Rude over the phone, not willing to help in any way at all. Simply stating it’s not his problem, it’s an error on the website. Happens all the time.
If they are aware of this happening then simple customer service of contacting the customer and letting them know would be a great idea.

Normally I order from website and I've been order countless times as we like to have pizza as a cheat meal.
We order to be delivered as usual and this time the orders never arrived.
I called them but was passed midnight so I tried next morning and they told me was because I choose pickup, that wasn't true. I checked carefully all my orders and the last thing I saw was to be delivered as usual.
And if was true! But wasn't, why they haven't tried contact me like they do sometimes to find the correct House?
Well they decided wasn't their fault.
I guess Loyalty is not their strongest value.
I got my food Business and I've never treated my clients like that.
