Extremely slow service and almost all staff were horrendously rude. We attempted to order a child’s pasta meal only to be told ‘it’ll take too long, order something else’. Absolutely shocking. I was even more shocked at the price that went along with it. £24.60 for 2 hot drinks, 2 bacon baps, child’s chicken goujons meal (they were cheap nuggets and only got 3) and 2 hot chocolates. There was no organisation at all amongst the staff and were randomly calling numbers out for food orders yet there are no table numbers?! I was also served my oat milk hot chocolate with cream on the top which as a lactose intolerant, I couldn’t have. The only reason for the extra star making it a 2 star review was that when I took it back up and explained, one lady apologised and quickly remade it. Such a shame the rest of the staff had such attitude!
