Pizza Go Go Poole — Restaurant in England

Me and my partner order from pizza gogo around once a month and have never been disappointed in the experience. I used to order from Uber eats but now have moved onto their app as it saves a bit of money.

Pizzas are always the perfect temperature, perfect amount of base sauce and cheese. Sides are always satisfactory, however the dough based sides are better when coming to flavour, quality and temperature.

Some times their mozzarella sticks are a bit more hit and miss, recently they have been better though. Toppings vary on quantity too, some times they scrimp a bit more.

Timing of the food being delivered can vary but usually is time effective.

Cost wise it’s not too bad however it’s definitely still a bit pricey (as all takeaways are) I still choose them over other pizza places unless they have offers or new menu items.

This is a nice and clean place. The pizza is always good too. It was a bit weird that the guy charged me 19.99 for a large pizza when it was only 18.99 on the flyer. He said it was the old prices! Well I suggest updating the flyers first before making you customers feel you are overcharging just to scam a quid off each person. For this reason I have only given Pizza Go Go 2 stars. I would have given 5 stars for the pizza quality, cleanliness and value for money (even at 19.99). Just a lesson in customer service. Don't put your prices up until all your advertisements are current, it just feels wrong, even if it is only a pound.

Extremely disappointed with the customer service at this pizza shop. The person at the counter was unbelievably rude and completely unprofessional. It felt like basic manners and customer interaction training were never part of his job description. Instead of helping or answering questions politely, he came across as irritated and dismissive. I came in expecting good food and a decent experience but left with frustration. No matter how good the pizza might be, customer service like this ruins the whole visit. Management seriously needs to address this behaviour and consider proper training—or hiring someone who actually...
