PIZZA HOT CROWLE — Restaurant in England

Ordered kebabs many times without issue. Today, ordered as usual, got home, no salad! Called them, the curt response was, you didn’t order it with salad. I explained that I never have stipulated it should be with salad, and, their own menu states

‘All our kebabs are cooked on a charcoal grill, traditionally marinated and served with salad & sauce’

The response from the person at the telephone was far less than professional, they claimed it was my error. When I questioned this and stated I would never use again, I was accused of being rude and they put the phone down. Me and my family have recently moved to the Crowle area. After a long day at work my wife decided we should sample the local cuisine. She chose a bolognese pizza. To say that my family was angry with the pizza would be an understatement. While I can accept that this particular evening was a rainy one, this is simply no excuse for the moist tomato base. I am sick of my order being skrewed up everytime I place one. It is absolutely ridiculous, it’s enough to make you think they have had no form of education. In future I shall be opening every item at the doorstep before I pay. Last week I ordered a chicken burger but recieved a beef burger it is against my religious beliefs to eat beef however I was that angry I didn’t call back to inform them of their massive mistake because I didn’t want to be horrible.
