Awful experience tonight! We ordered a collection and when we got it home part of it was missing. When I rung to tell them the lady on the phone explained that someone would come out right away with the items that were missing. Nearly half an hour passed (baring in mind we are 10 minutes from the shop) for me to be told by a gent that answered that it hadn't even left yet but was coming now. I told them there was no point in bringing anything now as everyone had finished eating for him to then tell me he would tell them not to cook the items then! So obviously they weren't ready to leave! I asked for our money back for the missing items to be told someone would drop it off. No offer for any compensation in any form for the experience.
