Pizza Roma — Restaurant in England

Ridiculous! I ordered a pizza with salami, pepperoni, and jalapeños! Please do not come at me for a poor pizza topping order, thank you. While the service was speedy and efficient, I would not have minded a longer ten minute wait to ensure that my pizza was correct. As I said, I ordered a salami, pepperoni, and jalapeño pizza. What arrived was not that. Instead I received nothing more than a joke. I had received every topping possible on my precious doughy base. Sweetcorn littered! (Only on one side?) Pineapple scattered! And to top(ping) it all off, there was one piece of ham laughing at me from the centre of this pizza. Just one! Placed right in the centre. I am absolutely disgusted in pizza Roma I was told when making my order it would take a hour to come and it was 20 pound. I rang them after 1 hour 30 minutes to ask where my order was to be told it was in the oven the delivery driver was on the phone for 10 minutes trying to find our house(it is around the corner) I am pregnant and starving so as you can imagine I'm not best pleased then to find a piece of plastic about 3inch long cooked into my pizza!! I rang the shop to complain Mohamed was having non of it told me he would refund my pizza but he wanted the pizza back. He sent the driver to the door with a bottle of Pepsi trying to negotiate the driver then payed me 5 pound back out of his own money I have never known anything like it before I will never order from here again they have...

Placed an order for 4 items at 7.27pm. Rang the store at 9.10pm to say the order was on its way. Order arrived at 9.25pm and order was incorrect. Rang to say that it was incorrect today they would send missing items in 10 minutes find this hard to believe considering it took 2hours to make the order. Rang the store to get expletives which I do not appreciate. Driver later came to refund cash after asking for food he did deliver untouched which I can appreciate. I then find the money he did return took away the delivery charge and app order.
