Pre-ordered on the app. It said 20 mins for collection but I gave them 30 with it being a Saturday night and presumably busy.

I entered the shop and waited 5 minutes for the lady on the till to finish up a phone order and then serve the customer in front of me whose order she messed up several times as she wasn’t actually listening to what he was saying. I then asked for my collection, it wasn’t ready yet - that’s fine. I then saw them put our chicken kebabs and fries on top of the pizza oven. 5 minutes later the lady asked the chefs if it was ready, they told her just waiting in the garlic bread.

Another 5 minutes later the garlic bread was put on the pizza oven, and I asked if that’s my order to which I was told no it’s a delivery order.

Yet another 5 minutes later, the lady called out an order for Bennie who was nowhere to be seen (I was one of 2 customers in the shop).

A few minutes later, after the lady stopped doing what she was doing (looking busy for no reason whatsoever) and called my name out, and proceeded to give me the order that had been on top of the pizza oven for 5 minutes.

Safe to say that after the 10 minute drive home the food was cold, and the chips and the garlic bread were rock hard.

Usually this is a really good takeaway, however tonight it was rubbish. A rubbish experience and rubbish cold food.
