Poppleton Social — Restaurant in England

We stopped by here whilst journeying home from a lovely stay in Yorkshire. It had good reviews and the food in the pictures looked good. We were greeted by friendly and helpful staff and the food and coffee were really fantastic. The poached eggs were just right-runny yolk but cooked white, the toast was good, I had truffled mushrooms which was very nice. Unbelievable service for our wedding night do at the Poppleton centre last weekend, couldn't have asked for better - great range of beers and people still talking about those pizzas! Big shout out to Simon for making it all happen, communicating with us from start to finish, working with us on timings to suit our day and helping with a variety of dietary requirements! What a fantastic surprises. We were on a short break and were told that the social club was a great alternative local place to eat. Pizza is the only option but they are better than most of the multi nationals. There is a bar too serving a variety of beers. The staff were very engaging and made our visit very enjoyable.
