Ramshackle Rosie — Restaurant in England

I live locally and have been meaning to visit this place for ages... but life has just somehow always got in the way. But what a gem it is! The service is friendly and efficient, the rock music theme is great, and most importantly, the food is superb. I visited with a couple of friends and we all had quite different things - one had an omelette, one was a vegan and was well looked after, and I had the delicious Metallica breakfast. Had breakfast there today, warm and friendly service. Had small breakfast with coffee. Bacon and egg great but I hate Lincolnshire sausages so glad I had the small breakfast. I wish that these places would put what sausages they are using as a certain pub chain use the same sausages which I purposely dont go in there anymore, as other cafes use breakfast sausage(pork or beef & pork) to me a pork sausage is a proper English sausage! Everybody's tastes are different and I might be the only one who dislikes Cumberland & Lincolnshire sausages, and this is mine and my hubbies...

Relaxed atmosphere, good food (cooked breakfast), fantastic value. Fruit juice, coffee or tea and one round of toast all inclusive of the price of the meal you choose. Everything reasonably priced. Food was fresh and tasted superb, heartily recommend this place. Ambiance was lovely. Listening to a mixture of rock music from bluesy rock guitar of Gary Moore, to the electric blues/boogie rock of ZZ Top played as background music to your meal.
