What an excellent little café! You need to know it's here though, as it's tucked away on an industrial estate. Bet all the bikers know about it though! Serves a great breakfast at a good price. Staff are brilliant, so welcoming and proactive. Real pro's who know their stuff, can't do enough for you, polite, friendly and great at their job. One of the nicest places I've stopped for a brekky. Lovely staff! Lovely big mug of char, which gets refilled free and more rounds of toast proffered free too. This cafe is worth 5 stars, not because it's a Michelin star restaurant but because it achieves what it aims to be.... and that is a small local cafe on the banks of the River Hill, that is situated on a small industrial estate. It's certainly not a greasy spoon! It's very clean. In fact it's spotless (mucky boots are barred! 😂 and the decor makes it light and airy. Visited for breakfast as a group of 5 adults and 2 children, (family from Canada who wanted to have a proper full English before going home!). All left more than satisfied, excellent food and service from all the staff, friendly and helpfull. Large portions with offers of more toast and drink refills, excellent value, couldn't have asked for more.
