Romero Wilpshire — Restaurant in England

Food is not good, extremely hit and miss. If you collect, you might get something just about warm and potentially edible! Delivery and you've no hope. We have given Romeros Wilpshire several chances and if they aren't forgetting half your order, your waiting 2 hours for delivery or if you lucky and it turns up correct and in a reasonable time frame then its just tasteless! Food, just arrived for the last time and tasted of nothingness with poor poor quality chicken I wouldn't feed a starving dog! We will not be spending another penny here and if your brave enough to visit, beware of the angry man behind the counter who barks questions at you with very poor English! And to top it off, I have witnessed them using their mobile phones and not washing their hands and we all know the favourite place to sit on a phone! Yep! on the throne! You could say it is my fault for ordering, and it is!...

After consistently buying a takeaway from these guys for the past 15 months at least once a week my last experience has not been the best, I ordered my usual order and asked for a specific time for my delivery, nearly an hour late with no apology other than the driver saying they wer busy , I refused to pay full price as the food was stone cold , it was clear the driver had a full car of food warming bags and god knows where I was in delivery order for my food to arrive stone cold!! The day after the owner rang me to tell me they would no longer deliver to me and it was collection only in future !! Awful attitude towards a regular customer, needless to say I WILL NOT be going there anymore, plenty more takeaways and a lot...

Well we order delivery here maybe twice a month over the last 2 years and 7 times out of 10 it's spot on 5stars but the other 3 times the order is wrong in some way or other. Tonight's hot vegetarian pizza was missing three toppings (one being the "hot' part, Jalapeno's) but did have an additional topping of mixed peppers which wasn't asked for. Staff are friendly (drivers are great) and they do offer to replace items when you complain but by the time these arrive naturally all the other food is cold so not worth the effort. Will continue using them as there aren't many alternatives in the area but it can be a lottery...
