SUGAMORE — Restaurant in England

I tried to place an order over the phone using the menu they posted. Mum orders regularly from here but they refused our order. I said mum always places orders over the phone as she is not able to place orders online. Initially she received an apology now they say we didn't tell them. We did and it's besides the point I had only said 3 fish burgers and was saying sheikh nan both on their paper menu now they're saying we were ordering specialised items. Refusing to take orders over the phone when we were going to collect shows they just don't want to manual write it down. Initial response was we do don't worry call back. Now they implying they'd only help if we notified them of disabilities. Mum never had to tell them this and why should she, they should be inclusive. Actually I did tell them! After our order...

I ordered cookie dough brownie ball the portion it’s so small I ate in one go like potion size you would give to a child !!!! I spent £7 something on this! It was a disgrace it came so cold . It was like a fairy cake tasted like one too even Asda sell bigger portions and big cakes for £5 ! Wasted my money for nothing did not enjoy at all. Very bad 👎 the Instagram pics are misleading edited and fake. Also there is no aero mint option on deliveroo. And on Instagram there was a pic with chocolate brownie balls with aero mint that looked so tempting and I couldn’t even find aero mint on deliveroo menu! And one ball is so expensive for the portion size seriously buying a small cake size of a fairy cake for £7 is just not right no matter how much effort you put in to it you don’t get what...

It wasn't terrible but wasn't great either. The ferroro milkshake tasted good. The Daim one was just too plain and the texture was too thin. I prefer milkshakes like McDonald's thick and extra chilled. Didn't enjoy the Daim milkshake.

The Red Velvet cake tasted better than the Ferrero Roche cake. Good portion size too. My issue with the Ferrero cake was that the taste wasn't there... the custard was just way too thin and watery.... by the time I came to eat it it was like sludge in a box.... There was also a white thin foamy film on the top which I'm assuming was just melted cream but that didn't look too appealing.

Delivery seemed to take ages, so it was ok we weren't in a rush...

Needs to improve more for the prices...
