Santinni — Restaurant in England

Awful over priced meal. Supposed to be a happy occasion with family but turned into being rushed - we were told when we rung up we needed to leave at 7pm which we were fine with but when we arrived were told 6:45pm, our server did not come until 5:30 and our starters did not arrive until 6:15, yet at 6:45 we were told we were not able to order dessert as they needed room. (Half the restaurant was empty) we then had to explain to a rude waitress that we hadn’t been served until late and this wasn’t our fault. We left at 6:58 and had to queue for the bill, chatted outside for around 10 minutes and no one turned up for the table they were so desperate for. Have been to here several times before and not had such an awful disappointing experience and has gone massively down hill.

Just to note I find it very interesting how this is all FACTUAL and no apology. The “woman” you’re referring to is my mother and this was different information to what we were told when we booked. Your reply is rude in itself and how would you know how the waitress spoke to us you weren’t even there? When we arrived it was noted you yourself were also rude and didn’t even welcome us just told us to go sit down. You all need some training in customer service if you are more interested in checking CCTV after customers have left instead of attending politely and correctly when there, maybe replay the greetings we both got too whilst you are at it. Been tonight table booked for 6pm which was fine shown to table drinks order taken straight away food order after bt 10 mins starters were served ok table arrived next to us they obviously new the waitress as there service was alot better than we got we waited 45mins after our starters and had to ask how much longerour main course was going to be to be told we next on the list but this table had there starters and main course before we even had our mains eventually got our main courses and this table had got there desserts (not what you know but who you know)food ok expensive for what you got if i had chx in peppercorn sauce asked for veg but chips were extra could only have one or the other £9.95 beef stroganoff with poxy bit of rice £13.95 more sauce than beef plates were taken away and wasnt even asked if we wanted desserts or coffee so we got the bill which was a joke for what we got and left anybody thinking of going think again as we will not be returning and will not reccomend it either staff need a...

Took a group of 26, 4 adults and 22 girls aged 10-17. Right from the first enquiry, everyone was so accommodating. Allergies, intolerances, and preferences could all be catered for withou5 issue. When we arrived, the area was set, and the staff were their usual helpful, happy selves even with the prospect of a noisy group tc serve. Fiona, Owen and the young guy in white top (l'm so sorry I didn't catch his name) were all so lovely to the girls, we really couldn't have asked for a more hospitable welcome. We had a fabulous night, the food was amazing as always hanks to the team in the kitchen for that.
