Spice Lounge — Restaurant in England

Have just returned from an amazing 1st visit here. There was a large party of 30+ of us and took over the whole restaurant. We all had poppadoms and chutney trays to snack on while ordering drinks. These were excellent! While drinks were flowing orders were taken. We took advantage of the Sunday menu offer. It wasn't too long before the starters came out. The food was stunning! Hot, fresh and super tasty. Every single one of us agreed on that. It was served in a timely manner by lovely friendly efficient staff. Can't fault the chef(s)they must have been non stop in the kitchen producing the most delicious amount of starters, mains, sides, rice and naan bread. The waiting staff were brilliant. So friendly and attentative. Nothing was too much trouble. The head waiter was outstanding he really is the star. I have never seen someone work so fast yet smile so brightly. I will definitely be returning here for sure. It is hard to find a place with gorgeous food and equally gorgeous service. Thanks for a wonderful evening Spice...

Absolutely outstanding! We discovered this gem a few months ago. We went with the family. Then back again a few weeks later. Both times the food was second to none! The service is brilliant. They are all so friendly and welcoming!

You wait a little longer for your food while dining in, but the wait is so worth it for the delicious and fresh food. I have left a review on Facebook regarding dining in. However my review today is for our first time take away order. Now normally take aways aren't as nice as the food served while dining in. Let me tell you it was just to the same highest standards. It was respectable wait of 1 hour (like he'd said over the phone) and I even rang them up after my meal to tell them how smashing it was. As rarely people ring up after a take away to tell them how lovely it was.

After using many different Indians and never finding one so perfect all round, we certainly won't be using any other...

Superb Indian restaurant, the food is always excellent and the staff are all very friendly and make you feel welcome. I get food for takeaway twice a week from here, and I have never had any problems as the food is always an excellent standard . There is a nice little restaurant area for those wishing to eat in aswell . My personal favourite dish here is lamb garlic with garlic rice. If you are a garlic lover then this dish is a real treat, but of course there are many other tasty dishes available for you to try. Prices are very reasonable and on a Monday and Tuesday you get 10% discount on takeaway aswell as a free drink. Excellent food. Excellent service and Excellent staff....
