Having been a few times, I can say it's definitely hit and miss. It's always very clean and has a nice atmosphere- dogs are allowed which is a nice bonus. Half the time we have come, they have sold out of a lot of their items, so the menu is often limited. I usually order a jacket potato, and they started off great, but now I find that they're really dry. No or not enough butter, very little mayo in the tuna and the cheese is very dry as its the pre-grated cheese. Service is usually very long, even when it's quiet. It's definitely starting to fall onto the pricier side of cafes. Often the staff seem in a tizz and will leave customers waiting. Such a shame to be segregated when the cafe is in a garden centre. The service is also painfully slow as there’s only one person serving.
