We attended willow burn this morning and we did not realise that it was card only and not having our card and feeling a bit embarrassed, Vikki (a staff member) handed us our drinks for free. To say she went above and beyond is an understatement. Thank you so much. Vikki was super friendly, polite and I could have cried with her selfless act of kindness. Thank you so much Vikki, if everyone was like you the world would be a lovely place :) Emma and Liam

Lovely cafe to stop for a coffee and snacks, wraps, scones, toasties etc., just before Alnwick town, right next to Turnbulls The Butchers outlet, which is worth a visit too. Staff were very nice and friendly. My husband enjoyed his strawberry and cream frappaccino, mine was a welcomed flat white ā˜•ļø coffee. Wheelchair friendly and facilities available. Plenty car park spaces. Thanks for the warm welcome. x

Suzanne’s attitude and service was absolutely disgusting argued about how SHE got the order wrong and not me. She as hostile and arrogant hope she can get over herself and provide a better service in the future. Or maybe get a job that does not involve people.

Truly obscene amount of dogs in this establishment. When I walked in I thought I must be at Crufts or something as there were literally dozens of excited canines running around barking and jumping on/over the tables. As I was ordering a coffee and croissant a Great Dane leapt on me from behind and almost sent me flying. When I sat down I realised multiple customers were spreading out some sort of foamy cream substance on every available surface, with numerous dogs hungrily licking it up. This was seemingly encouraged by the staff who were cheerfully bringing the customers cup after cup of the stuff, which were constantly deposited on the tabletops to a chorus of delighted barks from the assembled hounds and whoops and cheers from customers and staff alike. It was like I was in the midst of some sort of foam-eating dog festival or something? I looked down at my croissant and saw it was covered in so many dog hairs it almost resembled a small puppy. As I was walking out the door two Labradors threw themselves on me and actually broke my spectacles. I will not be back. Croissant was nice though once I'd picked...

As Starbucks go, this one is awful. I've been here twice recently, once using the drive-through and second to sit in. The drive through time I asked for an Americano with milk into my own cup. The serving person was pretty rude and clearly wasn't listening to me as I drove off, took a sip and realised there was no milk. I had to drive back and ask for milk to be put in, she didn't even apologise, just tipped some in and thrust the cup back to me. It wasn't even busy! The second time I sat inside, the server was once again rather nonchalant about my presence, not even a hello. I then sat down on the comfiest looking seat available (the place was empty) and I tell you what, it was very uncomfortable. I finished up and left and looked over to say thanks but neither of the servers were bothered about me and didn't even say anything. Pretty dismal, zero atmosphere, and bad customer service. I won't be...

Been here often over a number of years, it’s just got worse and worse as regards food choices for anyone with a dairy or egg intolerance. Yesterday not one single cake or biscuit item was suitable for vegans and that includes the wrapped items. There wasn’t even an empty space where they’d normally be. We also checked with the staff serving us who were pleasant as always but no apology. There were plant milks as usual for coffee but the Black coffee was not good either. I think we’re done with Starbucks there’s much better places in Alnwick centre and I’d rather...
