Starbucks Coffee — Restaurant in England

As a Starbucks employee I can confirm this is the poorest experience I have had in any starbucks store. I have no choice but to take this time out of my day to leave this review. I have been to this Starbucks around a dozen times and every time my drink has been wrong even after asking them to repeat it back to me, when letting then know that something is wrong they’re extremely rude and unapologetic, sometimes even argumentative. One lady handed us the drink after making some adjustments to their error without even acknowledging us and slammed the drive thru window. The worst part are the supervisors are the rudest and make you feel like it’s your fault they have made mistakes.This is unacceptable and not what I expect from starbucks as a company. I will be taking this further as it has happened multiple times not only at this starbucks but the one under the same franchise branch on the A14, I suggest who ever is in charge really check on who they’re hiring.

I hope whoever is in charge takes action to this review immediately as I will be reporting to...

Update 2023 - still pretty useless service, slow and not much of a pleasure to visit

Opens later than most around here,and the staff are pretty friendly but not very good at making drinks :(

It is definitely a roadside cafe though with plenty of tables and chairs with very few comfortable chairs. Beloved by the road warriors in the week, with lots of ‘meetings’, interviews and the like. All good and nothing to complain about.

The bad is that sadly the coffee making skills are a bit iffy. The instructions are followed but not a damn given if it goes wrong so if you want a coffee with milk it will ALWAYS be a latte regardless of the order. The teas and cold drinks are ok generally.

Last up it can be messy as hell because some days (I guess it depends who is working) the tables are not cleared and the floor not cleaned.

Toilets are ok but never that clean (I probably wouldn’t want to be cleaning them...

Visited here today ,what a total shambles ordered 2 coffees at 10.40 finally got them at 11 am 20 minutes later, people were still getting served at drive through even though there were 3 people waiting for their drinks in front of me ,staff slow,shuffling the cups in front of customers.I myself spoke up at the service ,and politely told Stefan who served us that the drive through should be closed as the customers inside were waiting 20 mins plus for drinksJUST drinks may I add,.He did do this as others were complaining .Never again will I go back here Also on at Saturday morning you need...
