Starbucks — Restaurant in England

Our first experience in frome Starbucks beside Sainsbury was Quiet good however todays experience was totally unpleasant. We ordered 1 x ham and cheese panini and 1 x five cheese Toastie and two hot drinks cost around £20. Guy took our order really Quick and asked us to have a sit. Cafe was Okish not very busy with customer in 3-4 different tables. After 4-5 min called us to collect our drinks, it was in paper bags and cups, bought the food and drink myself in the table with confusion. I went back to let them know we’re eating in however staff pretend to be busy to avoid contact. We do not want to create a scene so ask the staff plates and cups however they did not apologise for their mistake and did not bother to replace with fresh drinks as my whipped cream drink was already melted by this time. Floor was also very dirty and flies roaming around the cafe. We finished our sandwich because we were starving and left the coffee and walked out due to awful service Along with Lazy, disorganised and unwelcoming Attitude from the staff. Wont be going anymore...

Tables covered in food and drinks, at least 5x tables whilst I type this, wooden chairs that feel like a depressed carpenter built them very uncomfortable, staff not friendly/talkative and quietly say you name when drink ready other customers having to say you name so you realise your drink is ready, even though it's a new addition to Sainsbury's looks like it's been here for too long, and the icing on the cake is that they are cashless can't use spare change to...

Myself, my grandson, and a friend, met up for a coffee, and cookies. There was not one cleared/ clean table, only 2 customers there, so they weren't busy. When I requested a cloth to clean our table, the server refused, and said she would clean our table, but then didn't do it! The food was overpriced and not wonderful, so a very disappointing visit all round! Won't be recommending this to anyone, and won't be going...
