Lovely relaxed cafe with seating outside and inside. Staffed by friendly volunteers and stocking some great local cakes and delicious strawberry milkshake from #DelamereDairy. We cycled down Whitegate way. A lovely straight ex-railway going through forest and meadows.

Great find for a perfect pit stop on our bike ride. Nice coffee, great looking cakes - although I didn’t have one, but will be making this one a regular stops. Plenty of seating inside and out. Dog friendly with a training session around the back.

Very quiet during our visit but the staff were lovely, polite & friendly. We sat outside in the dog friendly garden, which was great, even had water bowls for the doggies!

Looked at the great reviews and decided to travel here and have a breakfast, firstly was told to tie my dog up outside while I order the food, I shown he was a service dog which confused the staff, we ordered a full breakfast and I asked for fresh orange juice which was told to look in the fridge for it đŸ€·đŸŒ clearly being brought a glass of OJ with breakfast doesn’t happen here, the breakfast came and full English here is bacon sausage, 1 egg and a spoonful of beans, not what a would say is full English, I am surprised how this place attracts so many people as service is young people and clearly inexperienced, sorry for bad review but this clearly isn’t a full English breakfast and really need to make it clear that service animals have...

We arrived at Station House cafe around 1.30pm. We ordered a tuna sandwich, 2 cheese and ham toasties, a tuna and cheese toastie, and a sausage and egg barm. Food took around 30-40 minutes to arrive for the first 2 toasties. It took another 10-15 minutes for the rest of the food. The toasties were burnt and didn't come with any side salad or anything. The sandwich didn't come with anything on the side either. The total cost was just short of ÂŁ40! I was pretty shocked by the price. It's a lovely building with a nice atmosphere. The staff were also very friendly. However, I wouldn't return purely because of the food and the price. It just...

What a gem of a find. We live fairly local and hadn’t realised that either this cafe existed or indeed The Whitegate Way. I now cycle here and find it a lovely place to stop, get refreshments and explore the area. If you’re looking for ‘Bistro’ or fine wining Cordon Bleu then look elsewhere, but what you will get is basic cafe style cooking like bacon butties, soup, cake etc and for my taste, it’s very nice. I can get a bacon/sausage butty & cup of tea for less than a coffee and cake at a well known high street coffee shop. Well worth a visit and it’s a community cafe not a profit making chain so I’m glad to support their hard work...
