Subway — Restaurant in England

As an avid user of this chain I have visited many of their stores up and down the country and I can truly say the one I visited here was the worst service I have ever received. We were served by a young, tattooed gentlemen (around 5' 4, brown hair on Wednesday 12 Aug at approximately 7 pm). He grunted me through what should of been a quick order and it felt like I was putting this gentleman out in some way. There were ZERO manners used during this transaction at all. I mean basic customer service was completely ignored. No greeting, just a 'What do u want'. The whole process of making the sandwich, something that gives the chain consistency across franchises was totally ignored. I had to reassemble it in the car as it just fell apart. The quantities of items where unbelievable. Who needs a fist full of onions?? The salad which my partner got and I took a picture of was totally out of proportion. There was hardly any lettuce at all but we seemed to get half a chicken?! I write alot of reviews and I don't like to give bad ones but the service was terrible. No acknowledgement of anything, no greeting no farewell nothing. Just looked at us like we were a total inconvenience. Lucky thing my local Subway are amazing as I will never be returning...

Asked for cheese steak i said i usal have it with red onion before goes in. she said comes with camalised onions n peppers. ok no problem, person stood in door way behind counter eating crisp says some it rude, so I said can I have bbq sauce already put sauce on but spicy okay thats fine so the lad puts bbq sauce on too say thankyou the women that made also then made a rude remark thats 2 so I say I hope you don't think I'm rude but is there a reason why I couldn't have it that way he them told me had to ask for build up ya own....... why couldn't she explain that in first place complete rude and off...

Arrived at 06:55 and was asked to wait until 07:00 (opening time) to be served which is fine. Ordered a 6 inch Sasage, bacon and egg breakfast but she said she doesn't have eggs? Strange first thing in the morning 🧐 So asked for a 6 inch sausage, bacon and cheese instead. Upon opening I realised she forgot my sausage! Bread was dry around the edges and it lacked tomatoe sauce (only a little was in the middle. Knocked 2 stars off because of lack of preparation and getting my order wrong.
