Subway — Restaurant in England

I am the world's most awkward and fussy eater, and going to any eatery is always a trial of tribulation for my poor wife. We first started attending Subway Guisborough after the 2020 lockdown. During the majority of visits, my order has been ludicrously simple; "6 inch herb & cheese with sreaky bacon, toasted and nothing else." How can anyone make a mess of that? I don't know the names of any of the staff at this particular venue, but more than 50% of them consistently manage to screw it up completely! Although disappointment often abounds, we continue to turn up several times each week for breakfast because when it it is prepared to specification, there are very few things in life available before 08:30, that hit the spot with more satisfaction. Today (19th April 2024), it was perfection, and I'm already looking forward to the next challenge. All the staff are pleasant, possessing a good sense of humour. The WORST subway I've ever had.

Ordered a meatball sub and an Italian BMT, both meals.

Asked for cookie with both.

They absolutely messed up my order.

Picture attached is my apparent Italian BMT... Didn't include 2 of the meats that are supposed to be on a BMT. They only put on a TINY bit of bacon and the salad.

They only gave me 1 cookie, even though I paid for both meals.

Meatball was tasteless, with no sauce,

Like how could they possibly mess up every single thing about the order!? Useless!

Has me questioning if they're even an official...

It honestly evades me as to why someone employed as a ‘sandwich artist’ repeatedly fails to make said sandwich as asked. I live 10+ miles away from subway and have been repeatedly forced to drive back to the franchise to have my sandwich replaced as the half brains that work there have put some random topping on my sandwiches that was never asked for.
