I went in today again to a foot long sub, asked for extra onions she refused Monday 13 November at 9am, so I walked out, this particular subway staff are rude and arrogant
About 7pm I went to Subway Essex place Swindon as usual for a foot long steak and cheese, a person there serving wasn’t that polite but I tried to place my order, I asked for extra Jalapeños she totally refused and said clearly I can’t give you more of that, so I told her to take it away and keep it for yourself instead, she replied straight away ok and start to take my food of my sandwich putting it back on trays Totally RUDE and disrespectful, so I walked out to Macdonalds instead for takeaway
To the manager, why don’t train your staff to be polite enough, almost giving it free to me
I regularly use your subway at least 6x times a months, and now you will never see me again, about a bit extra Jalapeños you refused to give it to me
Basically you don’t deserve my money,
A note to every customer using or going to use this Subway, avoid please, there are a plenty others in the areas

Read moreI ordered a chicken wrap which was more like burrito by the way it was wrapped. The chicken was quite rubbery and it was generally just very unpleasant to eat compared to their subs. Though I think it must be something to do with the branch specifically. My mum's jacket potato was basically cold which was likely because they were left with the oven door open, and her hot chocolate hadn't been mixed so the powered had just turned into a big lump in the bottom. Not overly impressed with the quality of the food. I know it's subway, but I've had better from other branches in the past. The staff didn't seem too friendly either when collecting my order.

Read moreThe eat out to eat in scheme is on here BUT when paying you had to go through this impossible rigmarole (taking a photo of a QR code and following the link to get a code) which didn't work on my android but did on my daughter's - so if I wasn't with her I wouldn't have been able to get the discount. Also this all had to be done at the till which inevitably caused queuing. Lastly there was a sign on the door saying two people sitting and two allowed queuing and while we were eating no other customers observed this and there was a lengthy queue in store (probably due to the silly qr code which I've not experienced in any other eating...
