Sula Cafe & Pizzeria — Restaurant in England

Waited over an hour for pizza, mentioned to the servers twice to find out what was going on. No apology-was just told quite rudely it was quite busy hence the wait. Had to complain again after waiting another half hour and no food arrived at which point they realised our order had been lost. They then said it was lost because apparently we had moved tables (we hadn't). We then found a hair in the food at which point we had gotten tired of complaining so we just left. We experienced such appalling treatment and service that it took away from the experience of the farm and left us leaving quite upset that day. Would not...

After reading the reviews and recommendation from a relative we thought we would try this place on Sunday. Well we could not be more disappointed. We had arancini, calamari and meatballs as starters, none were fresh and probably were from frozen packets. We all proceeded to have pasta dishes as our main courses, I cannot say that any of the sauces were traditional Italian sauces, we left the pasta dishes. After waiting 50 minutes, the pizza came burnt...The manager tried to convince me that it was healthy food..and it was said very rudely and harshly. Me, a person who has suffered from heartburn from burnt food all my life. besides the fact , burnt dough , causes serious harm to health for kids and adults, as harmful substances are formed in it when burning.
