Finally visited here on the evening of 15th September. I had really been looking forward to trying out this Taco Bell after having been to Taco Bell in the US and the fact I love Tex-Mex food. I WAS BEYOND DISAPPOINTED!!! I had the Crunchwrap Supreme Combo. You can look for yourselves what the ingredients of the Crunchwrap Supreme should include and how it should be cooked etc. - mine had lots of lettuce, one bit of tomato, some cheese sauce and a tiny (and I mean tiny) bit of beef filling. There was NO tosdada shell (what gives it the crunch in its name) and furthermore the tortilla wrap had not been browned and sealed on the outside like it should - it was basically a raw tortilla wrapped around a load of lettuce. The seasoned fries were luke warm and therefore not that good either. I Paid over £9 for this!!!!!! As I had picked this up as a takeaway (we were heading home after a long drive up country) we weren't about to drive back but we should have. To serve up food that in no way reflects what it should and what the menu says it should is wrong. If this place wants to keep its franchise and keep going in this location they seriously need to up their game and send their staff to wherever Taco Bell do staff training ro teach them how to prepare the food as per the menu and the way Taco Bell probably expects its food...
Read moreTerrible. I guess not exactly the restaurants fault. Visited last spring. Placed order on self-service kiosk, transaction completed, charges £25, kiosk crashes, and order not completed. Order not received at the till so end up with no food, hoping that the pending transaction would clear in the following days. No. Chased up Taco Bell Customer service on multiple platforms. Got through to a customer portal where I was able to place a complaint. Was offered a £20 store credit. Wanted to escalate further as I only wanted a refund. Was unable to reply on the portal. Placed another escalation to decline the store credit, and was told an Area Manager would look into this, but they were unable to contact the branch. I've been attempting to chase up on Instagram but continuously getting ignored even though initial contact and response was promising. 9 months later, and still no luck.
Horrendous customer service from Taco Bell. Not eaten there since and won't be eating at any franchise branches again.
Might not mean anything to the people checking reviews on Google but at least may get some...

Probably the best customer service I've ever received during my lifetime. I was told via another member of staff there were no vegan options for my partner but Andy overheard this and said the beef or chicken can be changed for beans in any meal and the cheese and non vegan sauce can be removed. He did say he can't say/advise it would be vegan after that but we took are chances and the food was great. My partner is pregnant and Andy asked us to take a seat in the food court and delivered our food to the table so we didn't have to stand and wait for 12 mins (give or take a few) surprised he even remember the order number and that it was our food.
Will definitely return and I'll be bringin Andy a small gift for the warming welcome and pure heart put in to his customers...
