Bouncer at door refused us entry for unnecessary reasons, I was having such a great time at this hotel I had such a lovely experience until I entered these doors. I don’t understand why bouncers can refuse entry because of their opinion?!?!? I was trying to have a nice end of the night with my father and brother after ascot races and this bouncer tuned us all down disappointing us all and ruining our experience...

The entrance is behind the hotel. You go through double doors and go downstairs to the basement and take a left. Lovely stylised bar. Good place to relax. They are playing sports on their projector. Beer is very nice. Have not tried the food yet. Since it's linked to the hotel it's a bit pricey, but there is discounts for residents of the hotel. Non-residential people are...

the bouncer refused my friends and i entry for no good reason. we asked many times and he simply did not accept us due to someone we were not associated with. i can’t believe this service in such an otherwise lovely hotel....
